The TaxoPress plugin for WordPress contained a cross-site scripting vulnerability in versions prior to 3.6.5 that was discovered by Ivan Kuzymchak. An attacker could exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into a website, potentially executing redirects, advertisements, or arbitrary HTML code that would run when visitors accessed the site. The vulnerability has been patched in version 3.6.5 and users should update their installations to this version or later.
