The Wicked Folders plugin through version 2.18.16 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in its ajax_save_folder function because it fails to properly validate nonces. An attacker could exploit this flaw by crafting a malicious request that, if clicked by an administrator, would allow the attacker to modify the plugin's folder structure and organization without authorization. Upgrading to version 2.18.17 or later resolves this security issue.
